Elaborado com arroz Kura no Hana cultivado em Miyagi e polido a 45%, este Junmai Daiginjo da Uchigasaki Brewery, a mais antiga produtora de sake de Miyagi, fundada em 1661, é produzido com técnicas tradicionais de fermentação a frio pelos mestres Nanbu Toji. Ganhou ouro no IWC 2024 na categoria junmai daiginjo e já conquistou ouro no National New Sake Awards. Aromas gentis e elegantes conduzem a uma riqueza ampla e pausada, com final limpo e satisfatório.
