Hatsuhinode Daiginjo Toku Yamadanishiki Migakisanwarigobu é elaborado pela Haneda Shuzo nas montanhas de Kyoto Kitayama, usando arroz Yamadanishiki especialmente selecionado, polido a 35%. A cervejaria utiliza a água pristina do alto Rio Katsuragawa e mais de 120 anos de métodos artesanais tradicionais, incluindo lavagem manual do arroz e fermentação em barricas de madeira. O resultado é um daiginjo refinado com fragrância elegante, umami delicado e final limpo e seco.
