Gold Saijotsuru é um ginjo produzido na cervejaria de Hiroshima fundada em 1904, utilizando arroz Koi Omachi cultivado localmente e água de poço da era Tenpo. A fermentação cuidadosa resulta em um caráter encorpado, porém seco, e o sake acumulou múltiplas medalhas de ouro na Monde Selection.
