Daiginjo de nível superior da Suzuki Shuzo em Saitama, elaborado com Yamada Nishiki da região especial A de Hyogo, polido por mais de 75 horas até atingir apenas 35% do grão original. Utilizando água de um poço particular alimentado pelo aquífero Chichibu, o sake é refinado e elegante, com fragrância contida e uma estrutura suave e precisa.
