Honjozo genshu de uma kura em Yabu, Hyogo, elaborado com Yamada Nishiki cultivado pelo método de agricultura natural Shomei, que proíbe pesticidas, fertilizantes químicos e orgânicos. A prensagem não diluída resulta em um honjozo encorpado com o caráter concentrado do arroz cultivado de forma natural e fermentado lentamente.
