Hoshiizumi Daiginjo é o lançamento de prestígio da Maruichi Shuzo em Agui-cho, Aichi, uma cervejaria fundada em 1917 que conquistou medalhas de ouro no Concurso Nacional de Degustação de Novos Sakes por oito anos consecutivos, de 2009 a 2016. O nome 'Hoshiizumi' (Nascente das Estrelas) evoca a clareza e pureza da fonte de água na Península de Chita, e o daiginjo expressa fragrância floral luminosa, textura sedosa e final refinado e limpo. Um referencial do artesanato ginjo de Aichi.
