O arroz Senbonishiki cultivado em Hiroshima, polido a 50%, é a base deste daiginjo da Etajima Meijo na Ilha Etajima. Elaborado artesanalmente pelo método tradicional koji-buta (caixa-tampa) com água de nascente macia do Monte Furutaka, entrega um aroma frutado de daiginjo e um final elegante e limpo.
