Daiginjo elaborado com Yamada Nishiki polido a 40% nesta kura de Chichibu fundada em 1625, utilizando água de nascente filtrada por calcário das antigas formações geológicas de Chichibu. O polimento elevado e a fermentação lenta a baixa temperatura produzem um sake de fragrância elevada e paladar amplo, com camadas e cremosidade. O Yamada Nishiki neste nível de polimento revela um caráter ginjo contido e refinado.
