Description

A winter-and-spring limited nigori namazake from Okayama with a smooth, rich texture and a nihonshu-do of -10, brewed from domestic rice at a 73% polish. The brewery, founded in 1893 along the Azae River, bottles it unfiltered and unpasteurized at 17% alcohol, preserving a fresh, milky character.
