Hokkaido
Gold Drop Sake Brewery is located almost in the center of Hokkaido, at the northern end of Kabado -gun, and is a bosom that is held in the pocket of the Ryogawa River, the mother of Hokkaido, and the Pinnesiri, which worships the mountains of God. The Pinne district here is the main producing area of Hokkaido rice, and the water in which the water, which is referred to as another life of sake, originates in the Pinnesiri Mountains, and the rich snowwoods create a flow. We draw the underground water of "Tokutomi River", combine good rice and good water, and make local sake with rich and mellow umami. (Hokkaido Sake Brewery Association)
