🍶
Description
Unlike many yamahai style sake, this junmai is mellow and low in acidity, with notes of roasted chestnuts, brown butter, and honey. A gentle sweetness reminiscent of milk chocolate and sweet nuts carries through a round body with a quick finish. Produced in Akita Prefecture.
