Yonetsuru Shuzo Co., Ltd.
Yamagata
Founded around 1700 (Genroku). A record that played a leading role in the local sake brewing business in the 1916 edition of the Yamagata Sake Brewery Encyclopedia.
The US cranes have pioneered the other, raising high -quality sake rice in the local area, and has been working on sake manufacturing using it as a raw material.
In 1983, in cooperation with local farmers, the Takahata Town Sake Rice Study Group was formed, and about half of the local area of the local rice is a liquor rice station, which is a good sake -in -brewing rice.
In pursuit of the refreshing and taste of the taste, we are carefully preparing "sake that snuggles up to meals".
