Description
Batch No. 14 of this junmai daiginjo is drawn from the middle-run nakadori portion and bottled directly at 50% polish without dilution. The direct-pressed, low-temperature fermentation yields a juicy, fruit-forward sweetness with lively acidity and a long, layered finish typical of the Yanma label.
