Description
This is the third Yamamoto series following Pure Black and Midnight Blue. Sake rice, rice polished rime, and yeast are the same as pure black, and only koji molds are different. The taste of sweet and sour first kiss is derived from citruses, which are often found in citrus such as lemon. The release time has not been determined because it is only available when there is plenty of pure black stock. If you find it at the store, you should buy it.
