Yamamoto Midnight Blue

Rate this sake
Yamamoto Midnight Blue - Junmai Ginjo sake from Yamamoto Sake Brewery Corp., Akita
Description

Appeared in 2012 as a pure black sister product. Sake rice, rice polished rime, koji mold, etc. are the same as pure black, and only yeast is different. The fragrance is modest and a juicy acidity like a citrus fruit and a sharp sharpness like a Japanese sword. Which one to choose is the drinker preference.
