Yamagatamasamune natsunoJunmai

Yamagatamasamune natsunoJunmai - Junmai sake from Mitobe Sake Brewery Co., Ltd., Yamagata
Description

It is a popular summer -only product with fireworks labels. Even if you don't know Masamune Yamagata, you may have seen this label at a pub. There were many twists and turns about the raw rice, but it eventually settled in Yamada Nishiki. I think that the taste was a little too beautiful in 5 million stones. Although it is a summer sake, I want to express a solid taste rather than pursuing only exhilaration. So, please enjoy it in a cool room for delicious food. In addition, the tank shipped in early summer and the tank shipped in the midsummer have a difference in taste and alcohol content. In early summer, the type has a better and more flavor, and in the midsummer, the frequency is slightly lower and finished in a clean and dry. By the way, all the labels of Masamune Yamagata have been designed in the company for 10 years, but I think that the release of this product in 2007 was a time when I was a little tired of the Yamagata Masamune logo. Of course, the classic logo has the deepest affection, but you probably wanted to create a new axis. As a result, I still like the label designed this year (Natsu Junmai, Akaiwao -cho).
