Description
Junmai Ginjo using the sake rice "Sake Mirai" owned by Takagi Sake Brewery, the "14th generation" brewer. The taste is just juicy. Masamune Yamagata, especially when using No. 14 yeast, has a grapefruit or muscat flavor, but in this rice, a more tropical fruit wind nuance appears. Rather, this kind of atmosphere is easy to appear in rice with soft and easy -to -melt properties, but it is interesting that such characteristics appear in the hard rice, the future of sake.
