Description
Yamadanishikinodoburoku Saikanomagoroku is a doburoku, an unfiltered cloudy sake, brewed with Yamadanishiki rice at Kokonoesaika in Wakayama. Doburoku retains the rice solids from fermentation, giving it a thick, milky appearance and a rich, rustic flavor. This is an uncommon style in commercial brewing, as doburoku production requires special licensing.
