Wakayama's soft water from the Kii Peninsula is well suited to producing elegant, delicate sake, and daiginjo brewing involves extended low-temperature fermentation to develop complex fruity and floral aromas. The Warakugoson brand's emphasis on harmony and craftsmanship is expressed most fully in this top-tier expression.
