Description

Daiginjo made from Mie-grown Yamada Nishiki at 40% polishing at a brewery founded in 1853 in Iga, situated at the foot of the Muroo-Akame-Aoyama Quasi-National Park. The soft subterranean water flowing from the surrounding mountains and locally sourced premium rice combine to produce a fragrant, smooth-textured daiginjo.
