A new sake that I met with a cocktail. A style called SAKE cocktail that spreads new possibilities and free ideas. I want more people to enjoy sake. I would like you to appeal to the four seasons and regional culture in Japan with cocktails based on local seasonal fruits and vegetables based on sake. "Motozake" was born from that feeling.
