Description

This nama junmai, brewed in Kochi with a blend of Akebono and Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 60 percent, is super dry and refreshingly crisp. It shows an assertive aroma of cherry, kiwi, and citrus with bright acidity, finishing very dry with herbal, grain forward notes.
