Description

A revival of the medieval soboshu (monk-brewed sake) historically loved by warlords including Toyotomi Hideyoshi, this reconstruction uses ancient brewing methods as faithfully as possible. The result is an amber-colored, intensely sweet sake with a sake meter value of around -100, derived entirely from rice.

In the Middle Ages, Amano Sake "Amano Sake" was called "Amano Hikari" and "Saiku Language Diutsu", and many heroes and many heroes, including Hideyoshi Taiko. This is the resurrection of the sake brewery in this area since Kyoho 3, with the favor of Amanoyama Kongo -ji Temple, which remains in the history of Amanoyama Kongoji Temple. "Sweetness is the essence of sake" is the motto of the brewery.
