Description

Kongoyuki is a winter-limited nigori sake from the Kawachinagano brewery behind the Amano Sake brand. The lightly pressed, unpasteurized genshu contains a small amount of residual carbonation, with sweet, lively character and the floral aroma of fresh koji.

In the Middle Ages, Amano Sake "Amano Sake" was called "Amano Hikari" and "Saiku Language Diutsu", and many heroes and many heroes, including Hideyoshi Taiko.
