A time-limited namagenshu from the Amano Sake brewery in Osaka's Kawachinagano, bottled without any heat treatment to preserve the freshness of newly pressed sake. Fruity aromatics and a lightly sweet, concentrated profile are typical of the style, with an alcohol level of approximately 18%.

In the Middle Ages, Amano Sake "Amano Sake" was called "Amano Hikari" and "Saiku Language Diutsu", and many heroes and many heroes, including Hideyoshi Taiko. This is the resurrection of the sake brewery in this area since Kyoho 3, with the favor of Amanoyama Kongo -ji Temple, which remains in the history of Amanoyama Kongoji Temple. "Sweetness is the essence of sake" is the motto of the brewery.
