Umetsu Shuzo Co.,Ltd

Tottori
The heart of the sake brewing, which has been handed down since its foundation, is a stubborn commitment unique to a small warehouse, with all the journey and effort. From the preparation in 2005, all sake was changed to rice and rice koji only. With the pride as a crowned sake, and being involved in local agriculture in the future, the desire to "aim for a powerful pure rice sake brewing" is deepening.
