Description
As with other honjozo grade sake, this bottle is brewed with rice polished to seventy percent or less along with a small addition of brewing alcohol, a method that traditionally results in a lighter, cleaner style than pure rice sake. Its name, Infinite Summer, suggests a seasonal release timed for warm weather drinking.
