Tatenokawa Junmai Daiginjo Shuryu

Tatenokawa Junmai Daiginjo Shuryu - Junmai Daiginjo sake from TATENOKAWA, Inc., Yamagata
Description

It is Junmai Daiginjo designed to be the mainstream of the Tanno River. Because it uses the king of sake rice, Yamada Nishiki, the taste is thick and the scent is gorgeous. It is interesting to sleep for a while, as it will be moist and calm and the degree of perfection as a liquor will increase if it is aged under the cold. It is a limited brewing liquor with a smaller production quantity compared to other years of the Tatenogawa.
