Tatenokawa Junmai Daiginjo Shichiseiki

Description

Shichiseiki is brewed from Dewa Sansan rice polished to an extraordinary 7%, named after the seven-star battle flag of the Shonai domain's second battalion during the Boshin War. The 14-day polishing process strips the rice to a tiny, snow-white grain, yielding a sake of ethereal clarity, delicate malt-like sweetness, and pristine transparency.
