Description

The Green Label is the shiboritate new-sake release in the 豊醇無盡 たかちよ series from Takachiyo Shuzo, brewed to evoke pink grapefruit and bottled as an origarami (lees-containing) fresh genshu. Subtle carbonation from fermentation gives a lively prickle alongside juicy sweetness, citrus-bright acidity, and a pleasingly bitter finish.
