The Apple Label is part of the 豊醇無盡 たかちよ series from Takachiyo Shuzo, brewed with an intentional red-apple fruit profile using flat-polished Ipponjime rice and bottled as unadjusted nama genshu. The apple character appears first on the nose and deepens into the finish, with a backbone of proper acidity and dryness that keeps it within the realm of sake.
