The Valentine Label is a custom-made blend from Takachiyo Shuzo combining the pineapple-toned black-label and apple-toned red-label shiboritate genshu, stored at minus-5°C for ice-temperature aging. The cold aging concentrates fruity depth while adding a subtle bitterness reminiscent of dark chocolate.
