Description
Brewed using a five-stage rice addition process at this Hiroshima kura, polished to 65% and fermented with the brewery's signature soft well water. The additional fermentation stage builds layers of sweetness and aroma that spread broadly on the palate. This sake received a gold medal at the 2016 U.S. National Sake Appraisal and was gifted to G7 Ise-Shima Summit leaders.

Hiroshima
In the middle of the Meiji era, "Zhongshin" was born by unifying the sake that had been over 20 species. The traditional Hiroshima sake, which is "dry and sweet", has made many customers' hearts to this day.
The feature of the koji rice and rice hanging rice is plenty of high quality Yamada Nishiki and prepared with soft water is that you can enjoy the season and throat throughout the season. In addition, because it is dry and dry, the compatibility with the dish is outstanding.
