The origin of the brand "Suikyu" is from the first dream of having a dream of dragons from the spring.

The five well water in the warehouse is inspected every year, and the most suitable water wells are selected and used every year. The water that springs out is "ultra -soft water", which is a soft, delicate flavor of sake.
