Suiro Daiginjo is the apex expression of Maihime Co.'s Suiro line in Suwa, Nagano, brewed with highly polished sake rice and cold-fermented slowly using the brewery's traditional koji-buta and long low-temperature fermentation methods. Cellared at sub-zero temperatures year-round, it offers an ethereal floral fragrance, featherlight body, and a pristine, endlessly clean finish.
