Brewed at Suwa Shuzo in Chizu, Tottori, this sake uses Tama Sakae rice polished to 50% and carries a specific brewing year designation. Tama Sakae is a large-grain brewing rice well suited to high polishing, grown extensively in Tottori and neighboring Shimane Prefecture.

It is a warehouse located in Chizujuku, a post town where Honjin was used by the lord of the Tottori feudal clan on a change of work.
The founding is in Ansei 6 years, and the inscription of Suwa Izumi is derived from Suwa Shrine in the back of the store.
The theme of Suwa Izumi is "Happy Dining Table". We propose a happy dining table with alcohol.
