Description
Sugata Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu from Ibaraki Shuzo in Tochigi is a raw undiluted expression of the brewery's junmai ginjo, bottled without dilution or pasteurization to deliver maximum concentration and freshness. Ginjo-grade polishing, typically to 60% of the original grain weight, creates the aromatic refinement and lighter body characteristic of the category, amplified here by the namagenshu format's intensity. The sake reflects Ibaraki Shuzo's preference for presenting Sugata brand expressions in their most natural state.
