Brewed by Ibaraki Shuzo in Tochigi and presented unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted, this junmai ginjo expresses Aiyama's characteristic melon-like fruitiness and gentle body without moderation by dilution or filtration. The namagenshu format amplifies the concentration and textural presence of the Aiyama character.
