Description

Sugata Esuji Murokanamagenshu Bangaihen is a limited extra-edition release from Ibaraki Shuzo's Sugata brand in Tochigi Prefecture, presented unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted as a namagenshu. The Bangaihen designation, meaning extra chapter or outside the main series, signals a special or experimental batch beyond the brewery's standard lineup. Muroka and nama treatment preserve the raw concentration and complexity that define Sugata's minimal-intervention house style.

Tochigi
The water and air are located in an environment with origami in the country -famous countryside, and the alcohol is used by the underground water of the Otanigawa, which is a water source, as a water source. Moreover, it has a flavorful flavor. The yeast is in the warehouses developed by the prefecture's industrial technology center year by year, and uses one that is suitable for the purpose of sake quality. In addition, Toshi is from Kashiwazaki City, Niigata Prefecture, and our Boji calendar has been over 20 years. In recent trends, we are trying to let four local young people engage in sake brewing and inherit traditional skills.
