Stars Pink is a collaboration release between Ichinomiya Shuzo of Shimane and actress and personality Rika Asano, expressing a lighter, fruit-forward character suited to the partnership's creative concept. Brewed in Shimane Prefecture using the region's characteristically soft water, the sake leans toward approachable sweetness and a soft, rounded texture. The pink-leaning presentation reflects a contemporary aesthetic approach while retaining the craftsmanship of Ichinomiya Shuzo's ginjo-level production.
