Description
Matsuyama Mii rice, polished to 68%, forms the base of this Ehime junmai-style sake produced in Matsuyama, birthplace of the poet Natsume Soseki. The label pays tribute to the local literary and cultural heritage of Matsuyama, and the brewery uses spring water from the Takanawaisgei mountain range in its production.
