Description

Daiginjo muroka genshu (unfiltered, undiluted) from the Shirakabe-gura line, made from Gohyakumangoku polished to 50% using the kimoto method that the brewery has maintained since the Edo period. Bottled without filtration or water addition at 17% alcohol, it delivers fresh ginjo aromas reminiscent of apple alongside the fuller body and texture of genshu. Sake meter value sits at +1, making it broadly balanced.
