Description
Used 100 % "Hitogo -kochi", which is grown in Inakura Tanada in Shinshu Ueda City. The high altitude Inakura rice terraces have a long draining sunshine, and the sun -dried sake rice can be harvested for sake brewing because the grains are large. The slowly and low -temperature fermented boss has a gentle taste.
