Description
Shinrabansho is a junmai from Yano Shuzojo in Kunisaki, Oita, conceived to evoke the layered spiritual landscape of the Kunisaki Peninsula, a region of ancient Buddhist-Shinto syncretism. Brewed with Yamada Nishiki and No. 7 yeast, it presents a gentle floral aroma with a clean, refreshing finish.
