Description
Matsunotsuyu is the signature label of Yano Shuzojo in Kunisaki, Oita, a brewery founded in 1883 that has maintained hand-crafted production through successive generations. The name traces back to the founding brewer's admiration for the scenic bay of Matsushima in Tohoku. Yamada Nishiki from Oita Prefecture is used as the primary brewing rice.
