Description

An umeshu (plum liqueur) from Shinshu Meijo in Ueda, Nagano, made by steeping Nagano-grown Shirakawaume plums in dry sake with light glucose sweetening. The result is a dry, clean-finishing food-compatible plum liqueur with restrained sweetness and fresh plum character, using the brewery's sake as its base.
