A junmai daiginjo shizuku shibori (drip-pressed) from this Chikugo brewery, made by stacking sake bags and collecting only what flows under gravity. It has an elegant ginjo aroma, a clean and light palate, and a crisp finish, with the Fukuoka National Tax Bureau awarding it gold in 2025.
