A junmai ginjo in the Ginnosato line from this Chikugo brewery, using locally grown sake rice to reflect the terroir of Fukuoka's Yame region. The brewery draws on water from the Yabe River alluvial plain and applies careful low-temperature fermentation rooted in its 300-year heritage.
