A muroka (unfiltered) nama (unpasteurized) futsu-shu brewed with Nagano rice polished to 59% and released as the first pressing of the season from Shinshu Meijo. Bottled without filtration or pasteurization, the fresh-pressed character is particularly lively and direct.
