Junmai sake limited to autumn. It is a plump and pleasant scent and a mellow texture. There is richness and you can fully enjoy the flavor of rice. <What is Hiyoroshi? > Booked and stored in the winter, when the price and the outside temperature are the same in the fall, the sake to be bottled and shipped is called "Hiyoroshi". The raging of fresh sake is gone, and it has a moderately aged mellow taste. Please enjoy one recommended one in the deep autumn.
